Routelyst SMS Notifications – Terms & Consent

These SMS Terms describe how Routelyst(“we”, “us” or “our”) uses text messages to send delivery‑related notifications to customers. These messages are sent using our logistics platform, Routelyst, on behalf of the businesses that use our service (“Merchants”).

By providing your mobile phone number to a Merchant or to us in connection with an order or delivery, you agree to receive SMS text messages as described below.

We only send transactional and service messages related to your order or delivery, for example:

• Confirmation that a delivery job has been created
   
• Estimated arrival time (ETA) updates
   
• Driver is on the way / nearby
   
• Delivery completed or failed
   
• Important issues about your delivery (e.g., address problems, access codes)
   

We do not use this program for marketing or promotional SMS.

You may be enrolled in our SMS notification program when:

1. You provide your mobile number to a Merchant when placing an order, booking a service, or requesting a delivery and
    
2. The Merchant uses the Routelyst platform to manage that delivery.
    

By providing your mobile number in that context, you:

• Confirm that the number belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it
   
• Consent to receive SMS text messages related to that specific order or delivery from the Merchant and from us (Routelyst) on the Merchant’s behalf
   

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. If you prefer not to receive SMS updates, you may decline to provide a phone number or opt out at any time (see below).

Message frequency will vary depending on your deliveries, but typically includes:

• 1–3 messages per delivery job (e.g., created, on the way, completed)
   
• Additional messages only if there is an issue that affects your delivery
   

You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying:

STOP
 

to any message you receive.

After we process your request, you will no longer receive SMS notifications for that phone number, except for a final confirmation message acknowledging your opt‑out. You may still receive other communications (such as email) from the Merchant as allowed by their policies.

If you opt out during an active delivery, you may no longer receive ETA updates or driver coordination messages.

For questions about your specific order (items, refunds, etc.), please contact the Merchant directly.

Message and data rates may apply to any SMS we send you or that you send to us, as provided in your mobile telephone plan (please contact your mobile carrier for details).

Supported carriers may vary and are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

We respect your privacy. We use your phone number only to:

• Deliver SMS notifications related to your order/delivery
   
• Maintain logs required for security, troubleshooting, and legal compliance
   

We do not sell your phone number to third parties.

We may retain SMS logs (including your phone number, message content, timestamps, and delivery status) for a limited period for:

• Security and abuse prevention
   
• Debugging and troubleshooting
   
• Legal and regulatory compliance
   

After this period, data may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our internal policies and applicable law.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of SMS notifications after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
